Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qorbid ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individuals and business entities.

2. Description of Service

Qorbid is a contract discovery and proposal automation platform that helps businesses find, score, and draft proposals for government and commercial contracts. The Service includes:

• Contract opportunity aggregation from federal, state, and commercial sources
• Automated opportunity scoring and matching based on your company profile
• Proposal draft generation for matched opportunities
• Pipeline tracking and bid management tools

Important: Qorbid does not submit proposals on your behalf. All generated drafts require your review and approval before submission. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and submission of any proposal.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at gethelp@qorbid.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Billing

Qorbid offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Free trial: 10 days of full Master-tier access. No credit card required to start.
• Engage plan ($250/mo): Contract discovery, scoring, and 5 full proposal drafts per month, 15 pipeline slots.
• Founders plan ($375/mo): Expanded pipeline (40 slots), 10 proposals/mo, compliance suite and analytics.
• Master plan ($550/mo): All features, unlimited pipeline slots, 20 proposals/mo, real-time scanning.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent proposals
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract bulk data from the platform
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Share account credentials or resell access to the Service

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the company profile data, past performance records, and other content you provide. By submitting content to Qorbid, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and do not share your proposals or profile with other users.

7. Intellectual Property

Qorbid, its platform, software, and all associated materials are owned by Qorbid and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The proposal drafts generated by Qorbid using your data are yours to use; however, you acknowledge they were generated using automated tools and should be reviewed for accuracy before submission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Qorbid does not guarantee that:

• Contract opportunity data is complete, accurate, or up to date
• Generated proposal drafts will meet any specific contract requirements
• Using the Service will result in winning any contract

You are responsible for verifying all information and complying with all requirements of any contract you bid on.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qorbid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if your account becomes inactive. You may cancel your account at any time through the billing settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end at the close of the current billing period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
